If you purchased a Ticket Pack or Super Ticket Pack during the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, you had from 11 to 14 November 2025 to redeem your guaranteed opportunity to purchase a ticket for a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match held in the United States, subject to terms and conditions.
When the purchase window was open, eligible fans could also request Accessibility Tickets (subject to availability) by contacting the FIFA Customer Support via the contact form.
The following was in effect when the guaranteed opportunity to purchase window was open:
Fans who purchased Ticket Packages (either the Super Ticket Pack or the Ticket Pack) between 3 April 2025 and 28 April 2025, will be able to redeem their guaranteed opportunity to purchase a ticket to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match held in the United States, subject to availability and terms and conditions.
If you purchased a Ticket Pack during the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ and retained all tickets within it, as well as attended every match in your package, you were granted a guaranteed opportunity to purchase a ticket to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match held in the United States (excluding the FIFA World Cup 2026™ final match). If you purchased a Super Ticket Pack during the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ and retained all tickets within it, as well as attended every match in your package, you were granted a guaranteed opportunity to purchase a ticket to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ final match only. This promotion only applied to Ticket Packages purchased from FIFA.com/tickets and does not apply to any other ticket products associated with other FIFA initiatives, unless expressly specified by FIFA Ticketing.
