For each stadium and match at the FIFA World Cup 2026™, FIFA will provide a specific number of tickets reserved for individuals with disabilities and limited mobility. Some of these tickets will be in designated accessible seating sections, while others will be in areas that offer easier access to entrances, amenities, or exits.
There are three types of accessibility tickets:
| Accessibility Category | Eligibility | Features |
| Wheelchair User | - Users of wheelchairs or mobility scooters *Please note that this doesn’t apply for the venues in Mexico. | - Entry permitted with manual/electric wheelchair or mobility scooter |
| Easy Access Amenity | - Individuals with limited mobility who do not use wheelchairs - Those unable to bend knees or needing extra space (e.g., using walking aids or crutches) - Individuals with service dogs | - Extra space - Accessible for service dogs - Minimal step access whenever possible |
| Easy Access Standard | - Individuals with disabilities or limited mobility who do not require a wheelchair space | - Seating with minimal step access - Located near accessible amenities |
Please note: Under ticketing accessibility rules, each participant is limited to a maximum of four tickets total, including companion tickets, based on the household limits, subject to availability. Additional companion tickets beyond this limit cannot be requested.
Accessibility offerings may vary by country, so please refer to the guidelines below for specific details.
Wheelchair and Easy Access Categories
In Canada and the United States, Wheelchair User and Easy Access Amenity tickets fall under a single combined category
In Mexico, Wheelchair User and Easy Access Amenity are separate categories:
The Wheelchair User category applies only to users of wheelchairs or mobility scooters
All other accessibility needs fall under the Easy Access Amenity category
Customers may purchase up to four tickets including up to three companion tickets. Due to stadium infrastructure, only two adjacent seats are available for wheelchair users and their companions.
Easy Access Standard
Applies to Canada, Mexico and the United States
Up to two Easy Access Standard ticket holders can be seated together
Additional Easy Access Standard companion ticket holders will be placed as close as possible
Fans should only purchase accessibility tickets if they require them, as availability is limited and seat locations vary by stadium. If FIFA Ticketing determines a ticket holder is not eligible, it may cancel the accessibility and any companion tickets without notice or reassign the holder and companions to different seats within the same category. Accessibility tickets are offered in all sales phases, subject to availability, and can be obtained either by entering during random selection draws or purchasing directly in later phases.
Your companions will be seated as close to you as possible. However, the exact seat location cannot be guaranteed, and FIFA Ticketing cannot ensure that it will be immediately adjacent to your seat.
Please note that accessibility tickets and companion tickets are not complimentary and must be purchased.
