12. How can I delete my FIFA ticketing account?

You can delete your FIFA ticketing account by going to your FIFA ID and following the steps below: 

  1. Visit FIFA.com/tickets

  2. Click on the person icon on the top right corner of the page

  3. Click on “SIGN IN”

  4. Once signed in, click “MY ACCOUNT”

  5. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the field “Request Deletion Account” 

After that, you will receive an automatic email from noreply@fifa.com confirming that your request has been submitted.

Please note that when you request the deletion of your FIFA ticketing account, your FIFA ID will also be deleted.
