If you tried to view your tickets in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app but received a message stating that your account has been restricted, please:
Try connecting to the stadium Wi-Fi and try to access your account again (while at the stadium).
Visit the Stadium Ticket Office or Ticket Resolution Point (if available at the stadium) if you are unable to access the stadium Wi-Fi or if you have already tried and still cannot access your account (while at the stadium).
Contact us via the contact form and select the “Mobile Ticketing App Access Issue” subject (before heading to the stadium).
