The following was in effect during this sales phase:
The Visa Presale Draw is the first sales phase of the FIFA World Cup 2026™, with the entry period taking place from 10 to 19 September 2025, and is for individuals with a valid, unexpired Visa debit card, credit card, or reloadable prepaid card enabled with 3D Secure. The entry period opens and closes at the same time on both dates: 11:00 am (Eastern Time) / 8:00 am (Pacific Time) / 9:00 am (Mexico City Time) / 17:00 (Central European Time).
During the Entry Period:
Go to FIFA.com/tickets
If you already have a FIFA ID at the time the Entry Period begins, click the registration button, sign in with your FIFA ID, and follow the prompts to complete your FIFA ticketing account setup
If you do not have a FIFA ID at the time the Entry Period begins, sign up on the same page and follow the prompts to create your FIFA ticketing account
Register for the Visa Presale Draw via your FIFA ticketing account
Following a random selection process, FIFA Ticketing will begin notifying you of your results no earlier than 29 September 2025. You will be notified via email whether or not you have been successful in the Visa Presale Draw.
If you are successful, you will be informed of a specific date and time slot during which you can purchase tickets (subject to availability). Additionally, successful entrants may receive a notification up to 48 hours before their designated time, with time slots starting from 1 October.
If successful, it is strongly recommended that you complete your purchase as soon as your designated date and time slot opens, as tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability and terms and conditions.
Please note that if you are unable to purchase tickets during the Visa Presale Draw, there will be additional sales phases. Each sales phase may differ in purchasing processes, payment methods and ticket products.
