The following was in effect during this sales phase:
You need to use a valid, unexpired Visa debit card, credit card, or reloadable prepaid card enabled with 3D Secure (an added layer of authentication used by Visa to protect against fraud) to enter the Visa Presale Draw.
Please note: To verify your Visa card’s eligibility, a zero-value authorization will be processed when you enter the Visa Presale Draw. In some cases, this may result in a temporary charge, which will be subsequently refunded. Depending on your country of residence, you will be charged as follows:
Residents of Canada will be charged 1 Canadian dollar (CAD)
Residents of Mexico will be charged up to 20 Mexican pesos (MXN)
Residents of the United States will be charged 1 United States dollar (USD)
All other international fans will also be charged 1 United States dollar (USD)
