The following was in effect during this sales phase:
You must use a valid, unexpired Visa debit card, credit card, or reloadable prepaid card enabled with 3D Secure (an added layer of authentication used by Visa to protect against fraud) to complete a ticket purchase if you are allocated a time slot to purchase tickets during the Visa Presale Draw sales phase. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.
You will also need to agree with FIFA’s Ticketing Terms and Conditions applicable to the tickets you intend to purchase.
