If you complete your purchase during your allocated date and time slot in the Visa Presale Draw, a confirmation email with important details should follow. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Be sure to read the email carefully to avoid any missteps.
In addition to the confirmation email, your ticket confirmation will also appear in your FIFA ticketing account. To view your ticket confirmation, please follow the steps below:
Visit FIFA.com/tickets
Scroll down to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ section, then click on the “Explore details” button
Once you are on the FIFA World Cup 2026™ tournament page, click on the “Learn more” button within the ‘‘Ticket’’ card option
Enter you login credentials and click the “SIGN IN” button to access your FIFA ticketing account
Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen
Select “My tickets” from the menu on the right-hand side of the portal to view your ticket confirmation
Important: Tickets will become available in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app starting on 18 May 2026. We recommend checking your FIFA ticketing account and visiting FIFA.com/tickets regularly for the latest updates. Also, keep an eye on your inbox for emails from FIFA Ticketing (no-reply.fwc26@tickets.fifa.org and noreply@mail.tickets.fifa.com) and add it to your safe sender list to ensure you receive all communications.
