To reduce the risk of encountering issues when accessing your FIFA ID and/or your FIFA ticketing account, whether during the entry period, when your time slot begins, or during ticket selection or payment that might prevent you from completing your transaction, we recommend taking the following steps in advance:
Create or update your FIFA ID/FIFA ticketing account before the sales phase begins
Ensure your payment card is activated for online 3D Secure transactions
Notify your bank that a payment authorization attempt may occur
Clear your browser’s cookies and cache prior to logging in
Confirm that your device and internet connection are working properly
If necessary, try using a different browser to access your FIFA ID/FIFA ticketing account
Please note that you may be placed in a virtual queue at the start of your time slot, or during ticket selection or payment. This is not a technical error, but a security feature designed to ensure fair and orderly access. In such cases, follow the on-screen instructions and wait for your turn.
