If you have not yet received your entry results for the Visa Presale Draw, please rest assured that notifications will be sent starting 29 September and will continue throughout October. Please note that notifications will not be sent simultaneously; some recipients may receive theirs earlier than others within this timeframe.
Important: If you miss your time slot because you did not see the email or log in to your FIFA ticketing account, that opportunity cannot be recovered. To avoid missing future communications, please add FIFA Ticketing’s email address (no-reply.fwc26@tickets.fifa.org and noreply@mail.tickets.fifa.com) to your safe sender list or email whitelist, and regularly check your FIFA ticketing account as advised in our FAQs.
