- Residents of Canada will be charged 1 Canadian dollar (CAD)
- Residents of Mexico will be charged up to 20 Mexican pesos (MXN)
- Residents of the United States will be charged 1 United States dollar (USD)
- All other international fans will also be charged 1 United States dollar (USD)
