5. Which personal information can I edit in my FIFA ticketing account and what cannot be changed?

The FIFA World Cup 2026™ has concluded. The following information applied during the tournament:

Please note that you can only edit the following items in your FIFA ticketing account:

  • Address

  • Phone number

Additionally, please be advised that you cannot change the following items in your FIFA ticketing account:

  • Email

  • Country of Residence

  • Preferred Language

  • I am a Fan of

Please note that details such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Country of Residence, cannot be changed once your application has been submitted.
