No, if you are a resident of one of the three host countries (Canada, Mexico, or the United States) of the FIFA World Cup 2026™, you will automatically participate in the Domestic Exclusivity Period by default if you enter the Early Ticket Draw. Depending on the draw results:
You may be successful in both the Domestic Exclusivity and general public draws
You may be successful in only one of the two
Or you may not be successful in either draw
