The application period for this sales phase occurred from 11 December 2025 to 13 January 2026. The application period began and ended at the same time on both dates: 11:00 am (Eastern Time) / 8:00 am (Pacific Time) / 10:00 am (Mexico City Time) / 17:00 (Central European Time).
The following was in effect when the Random Selection Draw sales phase was open:
When you submit your application for tickets during the Random Selection Draw sales phase, you will need to provide valid payment details at that time. You will not be charged when you apply. Your payment card will only be charged automatically if your application is successful or partially successful in the Random Selection Draw.

To complete your purchase, you will need a valid payment card that meets all required criteria (a zero-value authorization may be processed to verify payment eligibility). Please also note:
Residents of Canada will be charged in Canadian dollars (CAD)
Residents of Mexico will be charged in Mexican pesos (MXN)
Residents of the United States will be charged in United States dollars (USD)
All other international fans will also be charged in United States dollars (USD)
Important:
If your application is successful or partially successful, your payment card will be automatically charged for the tickets allocated to you starting 9 February 2026.
You will not be asked to log in to your FIFA ticketing account and confirm or choose whether to purchase the tickets.
In accordance with the Ticket Terms of Sale for General Public, the payment card used to apply for or purchase tickets must be registered in your name or verified as belonging to you. If FIFA Ticketing determines at any time that a payment card used to apply for or purchase a ticket is registered in another name, FIFA Ticketing reserves the right to cancel the Ticket without notice or refund to you.
FIFA Ticketing will make every effort to process the payment by attempting to charge the card more than once if the initial transaction for the partially allocated tickets fails. After all charging attempts have been made and the payment is still unsuccessful, we have measures in place to provide additional opportunities for payment. However, if all measures have been taken and no payment has been received within the guidelines and timelines provided directly to the ticket applicant, the allocated tickets will be canceled. Please note that FIFA Ticketing will not be liable if payment cannot be processed.
We recommend verifying that your payment card has sufficient funds and authorizing your bank in advance to process any ticket-related charges. This will help ensure a seamless purchasing experience and prevent any delays in securing your tickets.
Please note that if you are applying for both Participating Member Association (PMA) Supporter Tickets and tickets during the Random Selection Draw sales phase, you are not required to use the same payment card for both. You may use one payment card for PMA Supporter Tickets and a different payment card for tickets purchased during the Random Selection Draw.
