7. What happens after I submit my ticket application in the Random Selection Draw?

If your application is successful, it means that your entire ticket request has been fulfilled.

For example, if you applied for three Single Match Tickets in Category 2 for the Round of 32 and received all three tickets, it means that your application was completely fulfilled, and you were allocated all the tickets you requested.

If your application is considered partially successful, it means that only part of your ticket request has been fulfilled.

For example, if you applied for tickets to three different matches in Category 2 for the Round of 32, but were allocated tickets for only one or two of those matches, your application would be considered partially successful. However, if you receive tickets for a match, you will get the full number of tickets you requested for that match; not fewer.

If your application is unsuccessful, it means that you were not allocated any tickets.

For example, if you applied for two Single Match Tickets in Category 2 for the Round of 32 but did not receive any, it means that your application was not fulfilled, and you were allocated no tickets.

You will be required to provide payment details during the application process.

If your application is successful, automatic charges will begin on 9 February 2026. You will not be asked to log in to your FIFA ticketing account and confirm or choose whether to purchase the tickets. Your payment card will be charged automatically for all tickets allocated to you.

To avoid any disruption to your purchase, please verify that the payment card you are using has sufficient funds to process your ticket purchase. Payment must be made in full, as partial payments will not be accepted.  

You will be required to provide payment details during the application process.

FIFA Ticketing will make every effort to process the payment by attempting to charge the card more than once if the initial transaction for the allocated tickets fails.

After all charging attempts have been made and the payment is still unsuccessful, we have measures in place to provide additional opportunities for payment. 

However, if all measures have been taken and no payment has been received within the guidelines and timelines provided directly to the ticket applicant, the allocated tickets will be canceled. Please note that FIFA Ticketing will not be liable if payment cannot be processed.
