Yes, you will receive an email at the address associated with your FIFA ticketing account no earlier than 5 February 2026. If your application is successful or partially successful, automatic charges will begin on 9 February 2026. You will not be asked to log in to your FIFA ticketing account and confirm or choose whether to purchase the tickets. Your payment card will be charged automatically for all tickets allocated to you.
If your application is unsuccessful, you will not be charged, and you can apply for tickets in future sales phases, subject to availability and terms and conditions. Tickets may also be available for purchase via the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace at FIFA.com/tickets, subject to availability and terms and conditions.
We recommend regularly checking your inbox and spam folders and adding FIFA Ticketing’s email address (no-reply.fwc26@tickets.fifa.org and noreply@mail.tickets.fifa.com) to your safe sender list to avoid missing important updates.
No purchase is necessary to enter the draw. If successful or partially successful in obtaining your requested ticket(s), your payment card will be automatically charged. You must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Participation in the Random Selection Draw is subject to the Official Rules for the Random Selection Draw General Public and Participating Member Association Supporters.
