You can no longer make changes to your Random Selection Draw application, as the application period closed on 13 January 2026 at 11:00 am (Eastern Time) / 8:00 am (Pacific Time) / 10:00 am (Mexico City Time) / 17:00 (Central European Time).
If you have already submitted your application for a chance to purchase ticket(s) in the Random Selection Draw and need to update your payment card details, you would have needed to cancel your application and submit a new one before the application period closed on 13 January 2026.
Ticket applications are subject to applicable terms, which are available at FIFA.com/tickets. No purchase was necessary to enter the draw. If successful, your payment card will be automatically charged. You had to be 18 years of age or older to apply.
If your application is successful, automatic charges will begin on 9 February 2026. You will not be asked to log in to your FIFA ticketing account and confirm or choose whether to purchase the tickets. Your payment card will be charged automatically for all tickets allocated to you.
To avoid any disruption to your purchase, please verify that the payment card you are using has sufficient funds to process your ticket purchase. Payment must be made in full, as partial payments will not be accepted.
FIFA Ticketing will make every effort to process the payment by attempting to charge the card more than once if the initial transaction for the allocated tickets fails.
After all charging attempts have been made and the payment is still unsuccessful, we have measures in place to provide additional opportunities for payment.
However, if all measures have been taken and no payment has been received within the guidelines and timelines provided directly to the ticket applicant, the allocated tickets will be canceled. Please note that FIFA Ticketing will not be liable if payment cannot be processed.
