No. Once the Random Selection Draw application period has closed, you can no longer make any changes to your application, including your payment card. The payment card registered in your application cannot be updated or replaced.
If you are successful or partially successful in the Random Selection Draw, FIFA Ticketing will make every effort to process the payment by attempting to charge the card more than once if the initial transaction for the allocated tickets fails.
After all charging attempts have been made and the payment is still unsuccessful, we have measures in place to provide additional opportunities for payment.
Please note that you can no longer apply for a chance to purchase ticket(s) during the Random Selection Draw sales phase, as the application period closed on 13 January 2026 at 11:00 am (Eastern Time) / 8:00 am (Pacific Time) / 10:00 am (Mexico City Time) / 17:00 (Central European Time).
While the application period was open, the following was in effect:
If you had already submitted your application for a chance to purchase tickets in the Random Selection Draw and needed to update your payment card details, you were required to cancel your application and submit a new one before the application period closed on 13 January 2026.
Ticket applications are subject to the applicable terms, which will be available at FIFA.com/tickets. No purchase was necessary to enter the draw. If successful, your payment card will be automatically charged. You had to be 18 years of age or older to apply.
