2. I bought a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match ticket but did not receive the FIFA PASS opt-in form. When I try to access it, I am asked for a ticket purchase key that I do not have. Where can I get this key?

To obtain the ticket purchase key, please ensure that your ticket was purchased through an official FIFA channel such as FIFA.com/tickets, FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace, or FIFA’s hospitality partner (On Location).
