If you purchased tickets prior to the fourth sales phase (Last-Minute Sales), you can now view your seat information in your FIFA ticketing account.
If you purchase tickets during the Last-Minute Sales (the current open sales phase), you can select your seat location during the purchase process. If you wish to review the seat you purchased, you can view it in your FIFA ticketing account.
FIFA Ticketing or the relevant stadium authorities may determine and change the seat location for a given ticket at any time, including after purchase and on the day of the match, provided that the new seat is in the same ticket category or in a category with a higher face value (only if a seat in your originally selected category is unavailable). Please note that it is not possible to request a change of seat that is allocated to you.
In your FIFA ticketing account, you will have the option to view a visual map of the stadium alongside the category options, showing which areas correspond to each category (please note that these maps are for reference only and may not be 100% accurate).
Additionally, one section may have multiple categories. Please refer closely to the color coding in the category grid on each stadium map to understand which category your seat is located in.
