The Ticket Transfer feature is available to those purchasing tickets on FIFA.com/tickets, including tickets bought during any sales phase or through the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace. This feature allows the ticket holder to fully assign ticket rights to another person
Please note that if a ticket transfer is pending and was initiated before tickets became available in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app, the ticket will not be delivered to the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app until the transfer is accepted, rejected, or canceled. You can cancel the ticket transfer through the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace, after which the ticket will be delivered to your FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app.
If a ticket has already been delivered to the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app and a ticket transfer is initiated, the ticket will no longer be visible until the ticket transfer is rejected or canceled.
The new ticket holder becomes responsible for the ticket and can use it personally, send it to a guest via the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app (once available), re-transfer the ticket, and/or list it for resale/exchange on the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace.
You can transfer your tickets using the Ticket Transfer feature on the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace. The marketplace is accessible via FIFA.com/tickets.
Please note: Transferring tickets to third-party platforms or accounts is discouraged as it may result in issues, including the inability to cancel or accept transfers. To ensure a secure and valid transfer process, please use the Ticket Transfer feature between FIFA accounts.
