To transfer your FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets using the Ticket Transfer feature, including resale/exchange tickets purchased on the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace, please follow the steps below:
Visit FIFA.com/tickets
Scroll down to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ section, then click on the “Explore details” button located within the “Tickets” card
Click on the “Resell/Exchange Now” button within the ‘‘Marketplace’’ option once you are on the tournament page
You will be redirected to the log in page of the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace, where you can sign in
After providing your credentials, you will receive a verification code at the email address you registered with. Use this code and click “SIGN IN”.
Once you have signed in, click on “RESELL/ EXCHANGE” from the menu on the top of the page
You will see your tickets listed. Click on “View my ticket(s)” for the match(es) you wish to transfer.
Check the box of the tickets you wish to transfer, then at the bottom center of the screen, click on “TRANSFER TICKET(S)”
Enter the recipient’s email address to complete the transfer of your tickets
Then click the “TRANSFER TICKET(S)” button to initiate the Ticket Transfer
Note: The tickets will remain in your account until the recipient accepts the transfer
After all the steps outlined above are completed, the recipient will receive an email prompting them to accept the Ticket Transfer feature. To proceed, the recipient must create a FIFA ticketing account (if they do not already have one), agree to all applicable terms and conditions, and accept the transfer.
