To accept a ticket that was transferred to you via the Ticket Transfer feature, follow these steps:
Visit FIFA.com/tickets
Scroll down to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ section, then click on the “Explore details” button located within the “Tickets” card
Click on the “Resell/Exchange Now” button within the ‘‘Marketplace’’ option once you are on the tournament page
You will be redirected to the log in page of the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace, where you can sign in
After providing your credentials, you will receive a verification code at the email address you registered with. Use this code and click “SIGN IN”
Click on your name, located in the top right corner of the page
You will then be redirected to the homepage, where you will see the tickets that have been transferred to you. To accept them, please click on the “Accept” button
Please note that by accepting the Ticket Transfer, you agree to FIFA Ticketing’s terms and conditions, which apply to your tickets
IMPORTANT: To successfully accept a ticket sent to you through the Ticket Transfer feature, you must sign up or sign in to the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace using the exact same email address that received the ticket transfer notification.
Please note that the FIFA Resale Marketplace is available to Canadian, American, and all other international users, while the FIFA Exchange Marketplace (Mercado de Intercambio de la FIFA) is intended for residents of Mexico.
