Once you submit a ticket to the Marketplace for Resale/Exchange, it becomes unavailable for your use. You may only withdraw tickets from the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace under the following conditions:
Tickets can be withdrawn only if they are listed for Resale/Exchange and have not yet been purchased by another customer
Please note that you cannot withdraw your ticket if it is currently in another customer’s cart
We recommend submitting withdrawal requests at least one day before the relevant match. During the time between your request and the actual withdrawal, the ticket remains unavailable for your use and may still be purchased by another customer.
