Provided you listed your tickets for resale/exchange through the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace, you can check the status and details of your tickets listing at any time, except during scheduled maintenance windows by following the steps below:
Visit FIFA.com/tickets
Scroll down to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ section and click on the “Explore details” button within the “Marketplace” card
Once you are on the FIFA World Cup 2026™ tournament page, select the “Resell/Exchange Now” button to access the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace
Enter your login credentials and click the “SIGN IN” button
Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen
Select “My Tickets” from the menu on the right-hand side of the portal to see your ticket(s)
