A Conditional Supporter Ticket is a type of ticket offered to Participating Member Association (PMA) Supporters who wish to apply for ticket(s) to potential match(es) that their PMA may play in the knockout stages: round of 32, round of 16, quarter-final, semi-final, bronze final and final.
These Conditional Supporter Tickets are valid only if the PMA qualifies for the respective knockout stage match(es). If the PMA is eliminated from the competition and you have Conditional Supporter Ticket(s) for subsequent second-round matches, the validity of these tickets will cease to exist. Once these tickets are no longer valid, you may purchase tickets for that round, subject to availability.
If you hold a Conditional Supporter Ticket for a knockout stage match, you cannot purchase another ticket for the same round. For example, if you have a Conditional Supporter Ticket for a round of 32 match, you cannot buy another ticket for a round of 32 match.
Please note that Conditional Supporter Tickets are considered Single Match Tickets. For more information on what a Single Match Ticket is, please refer to the relevant FAQ question.
In such cases, if Conditional Tickets are canceled, FIFA Ticketing will refund the affected Conditional Supporter Ticket(s), minus the following refund fee based on the country of residence:

Please note that the three group stage matches are not considered conditional, as your team is guaranteed to play in those matches regardless of any outcome.
The Participating Member Association (PMA) Supporters sales phase was open from 11 December 2025 and until 13 January 2026. There are no further opportunities to enter the PMA draw or purchase tickets during this sales phase unless otherwise communicated by your PMA, in accordance with their own guidelines, timelines, and/or criteria.
