If your Participating Member Association (PMA) is eliminated from the FIFA World Cup 2026™, any Conditional Supporter Ticket(s) purchased for that match and for future matches will no longer be valid.
In such cases, you will receive a refund for any Conditional Supporter Ticket(s) you have purchased, minus the refund fee. The refund will be issued in the same currency as your original payment. The following fee applies per refund, depending on your country of residence:

| Residents of Canada | $15 CAD |
| Residents of Mexico | $200 MXN |
| Residents of USA | $10 USD |
| Residents of other countries (outside Canada, Mexico and the USA) | $10 USD |
Conditional Supporter Tickets are valid only if your PMA qualifies for the respective knockout stage matches. If the PMA is eliminated from the competition and you have Conditional Supporter Ticket(s) for subsequent second-round matches, the validity of these tickets will cease to exist. Once these tickets are no longer valid, you may purchase tickets for that round, subject to availability.
