To remove your FIFA World Cup 2026™ ticket(s) from the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace, please follow the steps below:
Visit FIFA.com/tickets.
Scroll down to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ section and click on the “Explore details” button within the “Marketplace” card.
Once you are on the FIFA World Cup 2026™ tournament page, select the “Resell/Exchange Now” button to access the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace.
Enter your login credentials and click the “SIGN IN” button.
Once you are on your FIFA ticketing account, click on “My Tickets” from the menu on the right-hand side of the portal.
You will be able to see the tickets you listed for resale/exchange. You can remove all of them at once by clicking “REMOVE ALL TICKET(S) FROM RESALE” or remove them individually by clicking “REMOVE FROM RESALE”.
After reading the prompt, click “OK” to proceed. You will then be redirected to the Homepage.
Please note that you may withdraw a ticket from the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace at any time, if it has not been resold/exchanged, the applicable resale/exchange period has not ended, it is not currently in another customer’s cart, and the platform is not undergoing scheduled maintenance.
