If tickets are successfully resold/exchanged on the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace, FIFA Ticketing will issue you (the seller) with a resale/exchange confirmation email. No other communication from FIFA Ticketing or any third party shall be considered confirmation of a successful resale/exchange. Please note that all ticket sales are final.
