Yes, all FIFA World Cup stadiums will have Stadium Ticket Offices. These facilities will be located outside the security perimeter, close to the stadium entrances.
In addition, selected venues will also have Ticket Resolution Points. These are smaller support points located closer to the entry gates and are intended mainly for scanning issues and other last-minute troubleshooting.
Stadium Ticket Offices and Ticket Resolution Points (if available at stadiums) will also assist accessibility ticket holders. However, we encourage all accessibility ticket holders to submit any queries or concerns regarding their tickets to FIFA Ticketing through our contact form as soon as possible, so that FIFA Ticketing can review and address these matters.
