Tickets that you have currently listed on the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace for resale/exchange will not appear in the “My Tickets” section of the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app.
If the tickets were already downloaded to your device before being submitted for resale/exchange, you can view them on the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app by going to the “More” Section and selecting “Ticket(s) submitted for Resale/Exchange”. You can check the status of your resale/exchange by navigating between the “Pending” and “Completed” tabs under the “Transactions” section.
Your tickets will only be delivered to the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app if you cancel the resale/exchange, or if they are not resold/exchanged up to 60 minutes after kick-off.
