Please consider the following if you have not yet received payment for the ticket(s) you resold/exchanged on the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace at FIFA.com/tickets:
Payment will be made within 60 calendar days from the date the ticket is purchased by the new buyer, or within a shorter period if required by applicable law, provided all terms have been met, and the required payment information has been submitted.
If you list your FIFA World Cup 2026™ ticket and it is successfully resold or exchanged, you will receive the resale/exchange price minus the resale/exchange fee and any applicable taxes or deductions.
For those listing tickets on the FIFA Resale Marketplace (available to Canadian, American and international residents), payments will be issued via bank transfer.
For those listing tickets on the FIFA Exchange Marketplace (available to residents of Mexico) refunds will be issued to the payment card used for the original ticket purchase.
