If your selected team does not qualify for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ or is eliminated during the tournament, you will receive a refund for the relevant match(es) in your Team Specific Ticket package. FIFA Ticketing will retain a small portion of the original purchase price as a fee, and the remainder will be refunded.
Payment will be made within 60 calendar days from the cancellation date of your Team Specific Ticket, or within a shorter period if required by applicable law, provided all terms have been met, and the required payment information has been submitted.
If the refund to the original payment card fails, we will contact you via email from no-reply.fwc26@tickets.fifa.org or noreply@mail.tickets.fifa.com with further steps on how to enter your bank details via a dedicated refund portal.
The following fee applies per refund, depending on your country of residence:
