A FIFA World Cup 2026™ mobile ticket is a secure digital ticket delivered to Android or iOS smartphones via the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app. All tickets for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ will be delivered as mobile tickets.
The FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app is the official ticketing app for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. This app is required to access and manage your tickets, including receiving, viewing, and sending tickets where applicable. All ticket‑related functionalities are only available in this app.
Your mobile tickets will not be sent by email, cannot be downloaded as documents, and are distinct from e-tickets. Screenshots or photos of your tickets will not be accepted for stadium entry.
Tickets should only be purchased through FIFA.com/tickets, the official and preferred source of tickets for the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
Please note that if you hold tickets for multiple matches or different ticket products for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, they may be delivered at different times. This is expected and does not indicate an issue with your ticket purchase. We recommend checking the email associated with your FIFA ticketing account, as you will receive an email notification once your tickets are available. Once available, your tickets will also appear in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app.
