You (the ticket purchaser) can only cancel tickets that are still in pending status and have not yet been accepted by your guest(s). To cancel the sending of tickets to other parties, please follow the steps below:
Open the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app and sign in using your FIFA ticketing account credentials
Enter the one-time pass code sent to the email associated with your FIFA ticketing account (if requested) to complete verification. If needed, check your spam or junk folder
Once signed in, go to the “Transactions” section
Select the ticket(s) that are still in “Pending” status and have not yet been accepted by your guest(s)
Select the “Cancel ticket delivery” button
To confirm the cancelation, tap “Confirm ticket delivery cancelation”
To change the email address of your guest(s) while the transaction is still in pending status, follow these steps:
Open the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app and sign in using your FIFA ticketing account credentials
Enter the one-time pass code sent to the email associated with your FIFA ticketing account (if requested) to complete verification. If needed, check your spam or junk folder
Once signed in, go to the “Transactions” section
Select the ticket(s) that are still in "Pending” status and have not yet been accepted by your guest(s)
Select the transaction associated with the wrong email address
Select “Change email address”
Tap “Continue”
Enter the new email address
Tap “Confirm email address change”
If the ticket has already been downloaded, the recipient should follow these steps:
Open the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app and sign in using your FIFA ticketing account credentials
Enter the one-time pass code sent to the email associated with their FIFA ticketing account (if requested) to complete verification. If needed, check your spam or junk folder
Once signed in, tap on the "My tickets” section located on the lower left side of their screen
Select the ticket(s) they wish to return
They will then have the option to return them by clicking on the “Return” button
Please note: If your guest does not accept their tickets within 72 hours, the tickets will be returned to you (the ticket holder).
