Guests are unable to send tickets to other guests. If a guest can no longer attend the match or no longer need their ticket, they must return it to you (the ticket purchaser).
If your guest has not yet downloaded the tickets, they should follow the steps below:
Open the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app and sign in using their FIFA ticketing account credentials
Enter the one-time pass code sent to the email associated with their FIFA ticketing account (if requested) to complete verification. If needed, check your spam or junk folder
Once signed in, go to the “Transactions” section
Under “Pending,” select the respective ticket(s)
They will then have the option to download all tickets or return them
If your guest has already downloaded the tickets, they should follow these steps:
Open the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app and sign in using their FIFA ticketing account credentials
Enter the one-time pass code sent to the email associated with their FIFA ticketing account (if requested) to complete verification. If needed, check your spam or junk folder
Once signed in, tap on the "My tickets” section located on the lower left side of your screen
Select the ticket(s) they wish to return
They will then have the option to return them, by clicking on “Return”
Once the ticket(s) are back in your FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app, you can either keep them or click the ‘‘Send your ticket(s)’’ button to send them to new guest(s).
