The FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app is the official ticketing app for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. This app is required to access and manage your tickets, including receiving, viewing, and sending tickets when applicable. All ticket-related functionalities are only available in this app.

This is expected and does not indicate an issue with your ticket purchase. We recommend checking the email associated with your FIFA ticketing account, as you will receive an email notification once your tickets are available. Once available, your tickets will also appear in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app.
