To access your FIFA World Cup 2026™ ticket(s) in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app, please follow these steps:
Open the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app and sign in using your FIFA ticketing account credentials

Tap on the "My tickets” section located on the lower left side of your screen
If you are a guest and have received ticket(s) from the main purchaser, you must first go to the “Transactions” section. Under “Pending”, select the respective ticket(s). You will then have the option to download all tickets or return them
Once the tickets are downloaded, they will be available in the “My ticket(s)” section. You will then be able to see your upcoming match(es) and past match(es) ticket(s)
For security reasons, the QR code granting you access to the stadium will only appear a few hours before the gates opening time on matchday.

Please note that if you hold tickets for multiple matches or different ticket products for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, they may be delivered at different times. This is expected and does not indicate an issue with your ticket purchase. We recommend checking the email associated with your FIFA ticketing account, as you will receive an email notification once your tickets are available. Once available, your tickets will also appear in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app.
