No. Screenshots and/or printed mobile tickets are not accepted for stadium entry at FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches. Mobile tickets cannot be downloaded as PDFs. All FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets are issued as mobile tickets and must be accessed through the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app.
The FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app is available for free on both iOS and Android devices via the App Store and Google Play Store. To register for the app, ticket holders must be at least 16 years old.
For security reasons, the QR code granting you access to the stadium will only appear a few hours before the gates opening time on matchday.
Please note that if you hold tickets for multiple matches or different ticket products for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, they may be delivered at different times. This is expected and does not indicate an issue with your ticket purchase. We recommend checking the email associated with your FIFA ticketing account, as you will receive an email notification once your tickets are available. Once available, your tickets will also appear in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app.
